Federal Commercial Litigation – International Distribution Dispute

Represented a distributor in federal litigation involving international distribution rights and allegations of improper sales activity.

Litigated against multiple attorneys representing a large corporate entity. The matter was resolved favorbally to the client through settlement following contested proceedings.


Commercial Eviction and Appellate Proceedings

Represented a commercial tenant in eviction litigation and subsequent appellate proceedings involving possession rights and related issues.

Federal Habeas Corpus – Certificate of Appealability on Constitutional Issue

Represented a criminal defendant in federal habeas proceedings following conviction.

Secured a certificate of appealability from the United States District Court on a constitutional issue—whether the defendant was denied the right to testify at trial—permitting appellate review in the Eleventh Circuit.

Trust Litigation – Trustee Conduct and Administration Issues

Represented a beneficiary in litigation involving the administration of a trust, including issues relating to accountings, use of trust funds, and fiduciary obligations.

The representation involved detailed review of financial records, trust activity, and trustee conduct in connection with the administration of trust assets.

The matter resulted in court proceedings addressing the trustee’s administration and related issues.



Condominium Assessment Litigation – Successful Appellate Outcome

Part of the appellate team representing unit owners challenging a condominium association’s imposition of an assessment lien.

The Third District Court of Appeal reversed the trial court’s judgment and remanded with instructions to dismiss the action, rejecting the legal basis for the assessment.


Trust Litigation – Beneficiary Distribution Settlement

Represented a beneficiary in litigation involving the interpretation and administration of a multi-amendment trust and the allocation of trust assets.

Developed and advanced a strategy focused on trust construction and post-death distribution provisions.
